Quinolone Vigilance Foundation Surveys and Data

The Quinolone Vigilance Foundation (QVF) conducts surveys to collect information and data to be used for fluoroquinolone research and to present its findings at meetings with agencies that can help further the mission of QVF.

All surveys are completely voluntary and confidential. The Quinolone Vigilance Foundation will never ask for your personal information to keep the surveys unbiased and to protect your privacy.

Occasionally, a researcher or agency will request that we not publish the results of certain surveys. It is the policy of QVF to comply with such requests. Unless we are asked to keep certain results confidential, we will make every effort to be transparent and publish the results of surveys.
